Dr. Beth Dawson is a highly experienced bilingual communication expert, teacher, coach, and speaker originally from the UK, currently residing in Paris with her French husband and two teenagers. With over 20 years of experience in corporate communications and 17 years of teaching in higher education, she is qualified to work with adolescents and adults. Beth works internationally with individuals and families, also offering a range of coaching solutions to schools and businesses.
Beth holds a PhD in Education Sciences, a Master’s in Sociolinguistics, and a postgraduate degree in journalism. Her coaching credentials were obtained from the Haute Ecole de Coaching in France and the ANLP in the UK. Moreover, she holds accreditations from both the Association of Coaching and INLPTA (the International Association for NLP).
In addition to her solid academic background and accreditations, she holds a position as a professor at the Sorbonne University in Paris. As such, she is subject to regular DBS and French government checks. Beth firmly upholds the value of regular supervision as a coach, and she actively engages in supervision sessions with accredited coaches on a consistent basis.
In 2016, she established her private coaching and consultancy practice, where she enjoys working with individual clients and running group programmes, such as her foundation course, “Better Connections with Teens,” during which she explains her own unique method called BRACE©. She is passionate about helping parents find ways to connect with their teens during what can sometimes be a challenging time for the whole family.

In addition to her programmes for parents of teens (Creating Connections and Mindfulness courses) she runs a programme for women who are ready to shake off the feelings of overwhelm and uncertainty and rediscover a renewed interest in their own lives as their children are getting older and/or leaving the nest. This programme, Destination Magnifique! runs for three months and uses NLP, Positive Psychology, and Non-Violent Communication techniques, in association with key moments in nature, the seasons, rituals, and mindfulness. As a trained suicide counsellor, she is not daunted by any challenge. She offers a range of tailor-made workshops to schools on various topics, including increasing well-being, mindfulness meditation, developing character strengths, building resilience and grit, and making positive choices.
